Happy birthday boys!

It’s hard to believe how much you’ve grown.  You are trying as hard as you can to get bigger than me.boys in crib

Somehow you’ve gone from these innocent little guys.  Batman is in blue, and Superman is in the stripes.

To slightly bigger little guys.  Batman is in blue, that was how we kept them separate as babies.  Then Superman went and decided he like blue best.

Getting bigger, and playing with a cousin.  This is back when we could always say Batman wore blue, and Superman wore all the other colors.

To the time period where you always had a bandaid on your head.  ALWAYS.  Batman is on the right, ironically enough in a Batman pajamas.

That band-aid phase continued for quite a while.  You seem to have an attraction between the ground and your head.  In case you’re wondering, I’m not really sure which twin is which.  I’d guess Batman is on the left, but I’m probably wrong.

As you grew so did your curiosity.  Superman is in the middle, with Batman on the right.

001

Your creativity, and love of making messes.  I think that’s Batman in the front, I think Batman sticks out his tongue while concentrating, though that could be Superman…

082

Batman is definitely on the left this time.  I can say that for sure.

008

Your love for each other and your sister is awesome to see.  Batman is in the middle with the Batman bear, while Superman has Spider Cow.

And for years later when I don’t remember exactly who was who in the picture.  Batman is on the left with the yellow backpack.

Looking back at all of these, I’m kind of amused how often Batman is on the left, and Superman is on the right.

So, happy birthday to my BIG BOYS!  I’m gonna sit down and be amazed at how big you’ve gotten.
